Проблема была решена.. но странна 0_0 пришлось запоганить ложку при этом.. просто ложкой растирал по стенкам пиалки слипшиеся комки ,в которой сбивал их .. Потом когда зажарилось оно.. потер сверху сыра... и закрыл крышкой на 30 сек.. ЗБС вышло
